DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 21, 2013, and an order of the same court dated May 26, 2015. Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action and to stay enforcement of stated portions of the judgment and the order dated May 26, 2015, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals on the ground that they were untimely taken, to impose a sanction upon the appellant, and for an attorney's fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
