DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person on appeal and to proceed upon the original file of the Workers' Compensation Board.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition to the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is denied, without costs, and the appeal is dismissed, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and to proceed upon the original Board file is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the filing fee required for making the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal (see CPLR 8022) is waived.
