IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between Lisa K. Roman ("plaintiff") and Diversified Agency Services Group Benefit Plan ("Defendant") through their attorneys of record, that Case No.: C 02 5086 WHA, entitled Lisa Roman. Plaintiff vs. Diversified Agency Services Group Benefit Plan, Defendant, pending in this court be dismissed with prejudice.
The parties have come to a mutually satisfactory settlement of the matter and on that basis request a dismissal of the case with prejudice.
