The parties, having made no previous requests to alter the above-mentioned briefing schedule, hereby stipulate as follows:

1. Defendant's time to serve its opposition to Plaintiff's Post-Trial Application for Enhanced Damages, Attorneys' Fees, Prejudgment Interest and Injunctive Relief is extended to January 17, 2005.

2. Plaintiff's time to serve its reply to Defendant's opposition is extended to January 28, 2005.
