Separate appeals having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 18, 2017, and said appeals having been perfected, And defendants-appellants having jointly moved for a calendar preference in hearing the aforesaid appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of calendaring the appeals for hearing together for the first week of the January 2018 Term.
