ORDER

This case was dismissed on March 4, 2004, when I granted defendants' motion for summary judgment. The judgment of dismissal was entered on March 5, 2004. Now plaintiff has submitted a letter in which he advises the court of a change in his address and requests for the fourth time that counsel be appointed for him if his case survives the motion for summary judgment. Because plaintiff may have been in transit when the March 4 order and March 5 judgment were mailed, I am enclosing another copy of these documents to plaintiff with this order.

Plaintiff's fourth motion for appointment of counsel is DENIED as moot.
