Thomas Kevin Rogers & Cassandra Lynn Rogers Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge

This case is currently calendared on the Court's trial session scheduled to begin in Nashville, Tennessee, on February 28, 2022.

On January 5, 2022, the Commissioner filed two motions for continuance (Docs. 8, 9), which appear to be duplicative. We will grant the relief requested and strike the second filing. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion for continuance (Doc. 9) is hereby stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion for continuance (Doc. 8) is granted, and this case is continued from the above-referenced trial session and restored to the general docket.

The Court encourages all litigants to register for electronic access (eAccess) so that they may electronically file and view documents in their Tax Court cases.
