Rodriguez v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Sep 4, 2002
824 So. 2d 1040 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2002)

Opinion

No. 3D02-2140.

September 4, 2002.

An Appeal under Fla.R.App.P. 9.141(b)(2) from the Circuit Court for Dade County, Lawrence A. Schwartz, Judge.

Luis Rodriguez, in proper person.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, for appellee.

Before JORGENSON, COPE, and GODERICH, JJ.

Defendant appeals from an order denying his motion to mitigate his agreed-upon sentence of eighteen months imprisonment followed by ten years of probation for Medicaid fraud and an order of substantial restitution to the State of Florida. We, like the trial court, can discern no reason to grant the relief requested and affirm.

AFFIRMED.
