A copy of this opinion shall be filed with the trial court and be treated as the notice of appeal from the December 6, 2019 order denying Petitioner's pro se petition for writ of habeas corpus, filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850(m), in Case 2014-CF-206 in the Circuit Court in and for Seminole County, Florida. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.141(c)(6)(D).

PETITION GRANTED.
