Opinion

The plaintiffs' petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 155 Conn.App. 462, 110 A.3d 467 (2015), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the judgment of the trial court should be reversed on the ground that the jury did not receive complete and accurate instructions on the scope of the state's sovereign immunity pursuant to General Statutes § 52–556 ?”
