ORDER ON MOTION FOR ATTORNEY FEES PURSUANT TO 42 U.S.C. § 406(B)

DANA M. SABRAW, CHIEF JUDGE

The Court hereby grants Plaintiffs motion for attorney fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 406(b). The Court awards Brian C. Shapiro attorney fees in the amount of $28, 854.75. The Court orders Brian C. Shapiro to reimburse Filiberto Rodriguez the amount of $4, 500.00 for EAJA fees previously paid by the Commissioner.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
