MOTION DECISION

DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeals, for consolidation and for permission to proceed as a poor person.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, the dismissal of the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated February 6, 2023 is vacated (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to February 28, 2024, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for consolidation is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person is granted, without costs, to the extent that the filing fees required by CPLR 8022 are waived.
