NOT FOR PUBLICATION WITHOUT THE

APPROVAL OF THE APPELLATE DIVISION

Before Judges Fisher and Waugh.

On appeal from the New Jersey State Parole Board.

Joel Rodriguez, appellant pro se.

Jeffrey S. Chiesa, Attorney General, attorney for respondent (Lewis A. Scheindlin, Assistant Attorney General, of counsel; Shirley P. Dickstein, Deputy Attorney General, on the brief). PER CURIAM

Appellant Joel Rodriguez appeals the final agency action of the New Jersey State Parole Board (Board) denying him parole, setting his future eligibility term, and calculating his maximum parole supervision date.

Having reviewed Rodriguez's arguments in light of the record on appeal and the applicable law, we find them to be without merit and not requiring discussion in a written opinion. R. 2:11-3(e)(1)(D), -3(e)(2).

Affirmed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of the original on file in my office.
