Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person.

Motion to dismiss proceeding or, in the alternative, for extension of time to file answer.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition to the motion to dismiss the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the proceeding is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to the issues involved being raised upon the argument of the proceeding, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file the answer on behalf of respondents Gary Pasqua and Sara Charpentier is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to November 14, 2022, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person is granted, without costs, to the extent that the filing fees required by CPLR 8022 are waived.
