Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 14, 2016, and June 15, 2016, and petitioner-appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeals (denominated a motion for an extension of time to perfect),

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Elizabeth Ciambrone, Esq., sworn to March 27, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the appeals are perfected on or before May 31, 2017.
