ORDER ON APPLICATION
Separate applications by the defendant-respondent and the nonparty-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 10, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the applicants' time to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until November 12, 2012, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
