JORDAN SHAUN RODGERS, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 195th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F22-00524

ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

Velma Loza, Official Court Reporter for the 195th Judicial District Court, has informed the Court that State's exhibits 11, 13, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 36, and 194 could not be uploaded to the TAMES portal because "these media exhibits exceed the size limitations of the UFM and TAMES portal and cannot be compressed or broken into multiple files in a way that would accurately depict the original exhibit." Ms. Loza states that the exhibits were admitted for record purposes only. We also observe that State's exhibits 12 ("CD Facebook Return/Alvarado," admitted for record purposes), is not included in the reporter's record filed so far. Ms. Loza requests that we permit her to file the originals or exact duplicates of the discs containing these exhibits. We GRANT the requests, and we ORDER Ms. Loza to file with this Court within TEN DAYS of the date of this order exact duplicate copies of the discs containing State's exhibits 11, 12, 13, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 36, and 194.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Velma Loza, Official Court Reporter for the 195th Judicial District Court, and counsel for all parties.
