MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellant filed a notice of appeal with the trial court on January 7, 2003. By letter dated February 20, 2003, this Court directed appellant to pay the $125 filing fee for this appeal within ten days of the date of the letter or the appeal would be dismissed without further notice. Appellant has failed to pay the filing fee. Consequently, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
