This case is currently calendared for trial as the Session of the Court commencing on January 9, 2023, in Jacksonville, Florida. On November 4, 2022, respondent filed an unopposed Motion to Close on Ground of Duplication. Therein, respondent states that the petition in this case is a duplicate of the petition filed at Docket No. 32187-21S inasmuch as both petitions contest a September 7, 2021, notice of deficiency sent to petitioner for the 2019 taxable year; accordingly, this case should be closed on ground of duplication. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Close on Ground of Duplication, filed November 4, 2022, is granted and this case is closed.
