On April 26, 2021, the parties filed a joint Motion to Stay Proceedings, rep resenting that they needed 90 days to discuss settlement options. On August 12, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. On December 15, 2021, this case was assigned to the undersigned for trial or other disposition. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the parties' joint Motion to Stay Proceedings, filed April 26, 2021, is denied at this time as moot. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner shall file with the Court, on or before January 21, 2022, a response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment.
