On October 24, 2023, William Elias, Brittany Dowd, and Jay Dobson, all attorneys of the law firm Elias, Books, Brown &Nelson, P.C., filed unopposed, verified motions requesting to appear pro hac vice to file an amicus curiae brief in Cause No. 04-22-00524-CV, Rocksprings Val Verde Wind, LLC v. Casanova. Raymond Gray filed an unopposed "Resident Attorney's Motion In Support of Unopposed Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission" for each attorney requesting permission to appear pro hac vice. The motions are GRANTED.
