SCHEDULING ORDER

Appeal by the Rockland County Department of Social Services from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated April 13, 2011. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
