PRESENT:

Appellant having moved to expedite the appeal taken herein from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, entered May 19, 2020, and the City of Kingston having moved for permission to appear as amicus curiae on the appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that appellant's motion to expedite the appeal is denied, and

It is further ORDERED that the City of Kingston's motion for permission to file and serve a brief amicus curiae is granted, on the condition that the brief is filed and served in accordance with this Court's rules on or before September 28, 2020.
