An appeal having been taken from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about October 11, 2019, Now, upon reading and filing the correspondence from counsel for defendant-appellant Van Eerden Trucking Company, Inc., dated April 28, 2020, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the appeal brought by Van Eerden Trucking Company, Inc. is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid correspondence.
