Order directing defendant to appear for examination before trial modified by striking therefrom the subjects of examination before trial contained in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the order; and as thus modified affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Kelly, P.J., Rich, Manning, Kelby and Young, JJ., concur.
