BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

The petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus and mandamus is granted to the extent that all restrictions on the petitioner's liberty in case number 2010 DR 2012 are hereby lifted. Our grant is without prejudice to the trial court to continue criminal contempt proceedings in a manner consistent with the requirements of Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.840, including the issuance of an order that specifies a hearing date on the criminal contempt charge. SeeFlorida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.840(a). The petition is denied in all other respects.
