ORDER GRANTING ACCESS TO THE TENNESSEE BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION FILE

Come now the parties, by and through counsel, and move this Court to enter an order granting them access to the investigation file from the Tennessee Bureau oflnvestigation regarding the events that occurred at Austin East High School on the date of April 12, 2021, involving Anthony Thompson, Jr. The Court finds that the motion is well taken.

Therefore, it is ORDERED that the Tennessee Bureau oflnvestigation, pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 10-7-504(a)(4)(H)(i), is to disclose to counsel in this matter and to provide to counsel a complete copy of the investigation file from the Tennessee Bureau oflnvestigation regarding the events at Austin East High School that occurred on April 12, 2021, involving Anthony Thompson, Jr. 1
