Trespass for personal injuries and property damage. Before SMITH, JR., J. Verdict for plaintiff and judgment entered. Order entered dismissing motion by plaintiff for a new trial. Plaintiff appealed. Appeal, No. 55, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division, of Allegheny County, July T., 1973, No. 2265.

Order and judgment affirmed.

HOFFMAN and SPAETH, JJ., dissent and would award a new trial as to damages.
