On January 25, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report. In the Status Report, respondent states that, on December 27, 2021, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland issued an Order of Discharge. Respondent attached to the Status Report a copy of that Order.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the stay of proceedings herein is lifted and this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
