On July 1, 2022, Jay Robertson and Katherine McDonald filed a response to the Commissioner's motion to dismiss on ground of mootness. This response applies to both dockets in these consolidated cases but was only filed in docket number 15190- 21P.

Until consolidated case features are added in the Court's DAWSON case management system, filings for consolidated cases must be made in each individual case. See Frequently Asked Questions About DAWSON on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov.

We will remedy the failure to file the response in both cases. To do so, it is
