This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Baltimore, Maryland, remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin April 11, 2022. On April 1, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report apprising the Court that a basis for settlement in this case had been reached and that respondent requires time to send to and receive back from petitioner a signed decision document. Upon due consideration, it is
