ORDER
On July 23, 2003, the court issued an order to show cause why this action should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute# Doc # 5. Plaintiff's response to that order was due on or before August 21, 2003. Id. As of March 22, 2004, plaintiff has filed no response. Accordingly, plaintiff's case is DISMISSED without prejudice. The clerk is directed to close the file and terminate all pending motions.
