This case was called and recalled from the calendar of the Court's September 18, 2023, Boston, Massachusetts, trial session. Petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. At recall, counsel Angela Divaris from the Greater Boston Legal Services, appeared and filed an Entry of Appearance for petitioner. Petitioner's counsel made an oral Motion for Continuance. Respondent's counsel objected to petitioner's oral motion. After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's oral Motion for Continuance is granted, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 18, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report informing the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
