Order denying motion of defendant Dauntless Towing Line, Inc., for judgment on the pleadings and for a dismissal of the cause of action set forth in the amended answer of defendant Brooklyn Ash Removal Company affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Kapper, Hagarty and Carswell, JJ., concur.
