Decided January 23, 1950.

An action by a licensed real-estate broker to recover an amount alleged to be due him for procuring a purchaser for real estate and securing a loan of $12,000 thereon at defendant's request. At the close of plaintiff's case, on motion of defendant, the trial court entered judgment in his favor.

Error to the District Court of Phillips County, Hon. Raymond L. Sauter, Judge.
