An order of this Court having been entered on March 19, 2020 (M-580) granting respondent-appellant leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken to this Court from an order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about January 08, 2020, and assigning Randall S. Carmel, Esq., as counsel to prosecute the appeal;

And assigned counsel for respondent-appellant having renewed his motion for an order granting leave to withdraw as counsel and to withdraw the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of deeming the appeal withdrawn and granting assigned counsel leave to withdraw as appellate counsel.
