On February 24, 2023, Tom Q. Huynh, attorney of record for Appellees Susan Doherty and Jack Tesmer, filed a Motion for Withdraw of Counsel. The Motion does not comply with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 6.5 (a), (b), 10.1 (a) (5). The Motion does not contain "a list of current deadlines and settings in the case" and it also does not state that it was "delivered in person or mailed-both by certified and by first-class mail" to the parties. Further, the Motion does not contain a certificate of conference.
We deny the Motion without prejudice to refiling. See TEX. R. APP. P. 6.5 (a), (b), 10.1 (a) (5).
