Appeals having been taken to this Court from a Decision After Trial of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 21, 2020 (Case No. 2021-02058), and from a Judgment of Divorce, same Court, entered on or about March 09, 2021 (Case No. 2021-02062), And defendant-appellant having moved, by separate motions, for an extension of time in which to perfect the aforesaid appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are granted and the time in which to perfect the appeals is extended to the February 2023 Term of this Court, with no further extensions to be granted.
