An appeal having been taken to this Court from a judgment of divorce of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 9, 2021 (Case No. 2021-02062), which brings up for review the decision after trial, same court, dated August 21, 2020 (Case No. 2021-02058), And defendant-appellant having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are granted and the time in which to perfect the appeal is extended to the September 2022 Term of this Court.
