Opinion

No. 4D09-3156.

May 4, 2011.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, Indian River County; Dan L. Vaughn, Judge; L.T. Case No. 312007CF 000197A.

Carey Haughwout, Public Defender, Paul E. Petillo, Assistant Public Defender, West Palm Beach, and Peter M. Robbins, Bristol, for appellant.

No brief filed for appellee.

We affirm the trial court's adjudication and sentence for appellant's violation of probation. We remand, however, for the trial court to correct a scrivener's error: appellant was found guilty of only one count of violation of probation, not three.

Affirmed; Remanded with — Instructions.

WARNER, POLEN and CONNER, JJ., concur.
