ORDER DENYING PETITION
This original petition for a writ of mandamus seeks an order directing the district court to resolve Michael Robbins' request and motion seeking his records and court case documents. On March 14, 2018, we directed the real party in interest to file an answer to the petition. The real party in interest informed this court that the motion was still pending in the district court. Thereafter, a copy of a district court order entered on May 1, 2018, was filed in this court that directs the clerk of the district court to forward a copy of the documents in Robbins' case file to him. In light of this order, we conclude our intervention is not warranted, see NRS 34.160, and we
ORDER the petition DENIED.
