Chapter 7 ORDER GRANTING , IN PART, AND DENYING, IN PART, DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
This case is before the Court on defendant Skidmore College's ("Skidmore") Motion for Summary Judgment (the "Motion") (adv. dckt. 28). In this adversary proceeding, the Chapter 7 Trustee, Benjamin Roach (the "Trustee"), seeks to avoid and recover, as fraudulent transfers pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 548(a)(1)(B) and 550, three payments that the Debtor to made to Skidmore for her daughter's tuition and other costs of attendance. Consistent with the findings of fact and conclusions of law separately entered:
IT IS ORDERED that Skidmore's Motion for Summary Judgment (adv. dckt. 28) is GRANTED as to the payments made on July 25, 2013 and December 20, 2013, and DENIED as to the payment made on September 2, 2014.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall submit a proposed pre-trial order to this Court by March 2, 2017.
