PRESENT:

Appellant having moved to compel the Onondaga County Clerk to comply with an order of this Court entered May 30, 2014, on the appeal taken herein from judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on August 8, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Matthew J. Roach sworn to June 15, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is dismissed as the appeal has been abandoned (see 22 NYCRR 1000.12 [b]).
