ORDER

Appellant has filed an unopposed motion to abate this appeal, stating that the parties have reached an agreement in principle to settle this matter. The motion to abate the appeal is GRANTED, and this appeal is ABATED for thirty days from the date of this order. Appellant is ORDERED to file by the thirtieth day either a status letter concerning the settlement or a motion to dismiss the appeal. At the end of the thirty days, the Court will either dismiss the appeal or reinstate the appeal. If the appeal is reinstated, an opinion will issue in due course.
