For the reasons assigned in the case of Woodson Construction Company, Inc. v. R.L. Abshire Construction Company, Inc., 459 So.2d 566 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1984), the judgment rendered is a nullity. The judgment of the trial court is reversed and the plaintiff's suit is hereby dismissed. Abshire, plaintiff-appellee, is to pay the costs of the trial court and for this appeal.

REVERSED AND RENDERED.
