R.J. REYNOLDS TOBACCO COMPANY, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. Kathleen ANDERSON, Estate Of Daniel P. Begley, Appellee/Respondent(s).

BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

We grant the petition for writ of mandamus, quash the order denying petitioner's motion for continuance, and remand this case for further proceedings in compliance with Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.440. Because we are confident that the circuit court will promptly comply with the ruling of this court, we withhold formal issuance of the writ.
