ORDER

Joseph Robert Goeke Judge

These cases are calendared for trial in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 23, 2023. Pending before the Court is the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance, filed April 6, 2023. The trial date is over six months from the current date. The parties should attempt to accomplish all matters discussed in their pending motion before October 23, 2023. If there is a disagreement on the matters discussed in the motion, the parties should then be prepared to try those disagreements in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 23, 2023, or explain why that is impossible in great detail. The Court will not intervene in the parties' settlement negotiations and will not order the parties to settle. If the parties still intend to settle and they have not completed the necessary steps by August 31, 2023, they can file a new motion for continuance, but they should explain why they have not been able to complete the steps to settle. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance, filed April 6, 2023, is denied.
