On June 28, 2023, we abated this appeal to the trial court to hold a hearing to determine whether new appellate counsel should be appointed to represent appellant. On July 7, 2023, a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's order appointing new appellate counsel was filed in this court.

We, therefore, ORDER this appeal REINSTATED on the docket of this court. Appellant's brief is due on or before August 14, 2023.
