Having considered Petitioner's Second Motion to Dismiss Petition as Premature, the notice to invoke discretionary jurisdiction is hereby dismissed. Dismissal is without prejudice to refiling after disposition by the Second District Court of Appeal on any appeal from the trial court's order reviewing Petitioner's supplemental Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 motion.
