ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's New York City, New York trial session beginning on May 16, 2022. On April 14, 2022, respondent filed a status report which states that the parties have reached a basis of settlement on all of the issues raised in the Notice of Deficiency dated December 28, 2020, for the year 2019.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's May 16, 2022, New York City, New York trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case. It is further

ORDERED that on or before May 27, 2022, the parties shall file either a proposed decision document or a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the status of this case.
